Yoga Classes

The word yoga means "union" in Sanskrit, the language of ancient India where yoga first originated.  We can think of yoga as the union occurring between mind, body and spirit.  

Yoga postures are practiced to align, strengthen and promote flexibility in the body. Breathing techniques and meditation are also integrated. Our classes emphasize simplicity, repetition, and ease of movement. Full-body relaxation and balance are the goals of our classes.

Our yoga classes are customized to the individual or group.  Classes include the styles of Yin, Vinyasa Flow, Restorative and Kundalini yoga. 

No experience necessary. 


Pricing:

$200- Groups of one to five participants
$250- Groups up to 20 participants

 

meditation/sound bath classes

Meditation is a readily available and proven tool to reduce heightened anxiety and stress, as well as create a deep state of relaxation and tranquility.  As humans, we respond not only to our own emotions and energy within, but the energy around us as well.

Our guided meditation classes include the healing vibrations of sound and energy.  Beautiful crystal singing bowls, gongs and ocean drums will aid in the total relaxation of the mind, body, and spirit. 

Participants are welcome to sit comfortably or recline on yoga mats with bolsters and blankets. 

No experience necessary.
